REGULAR MEETING OF THE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT FUND
MARCH 21, 2011
A REGULAR MEETING of the Board of Trustees of the City Employees Retirement Fund was held on Monday, March 21, 2011, in the City Hall Auditorium.
Those in attendance included Mayor Ryan J. Bingham, Treasurer Arthur Mattiello, members of the Board of Trustees of the City Employees Retirement Fund Gregg Cogswell, Elinor Carbone, Gerald Zordan, Delisse Locher and Nancy Michna.
Councilors Marie Soliani, Drake Waldron and Paul Samele arrived at 6:24 p.m.
Mayor Bingham called the meeting to order at 6:23 p.m.
MINUTES
On a motion by Councilor Cogswell, seconded by Councilor Carbone, the Board voted unanimously to accept the minutes of the regular meeting held February 7, 2011.
MINUTES
On a motion by Mr. Mattiello, seconded by Councilor Carbone, the Board voted unanimously to accept the minutes of the special meeting held jointly with the Board of Trustees of the Police & Firemen’s Pension Fund on February 7, 2011.
PENSION COMPUTATION: D. Abbott
On a motion by Councilor Carbone, seconded by Councilor Cogswell, the Board voted unanimously to accept the pension computation for Dolores Abbot, Senior Account Clerk for the City of Torrington Finance Department, effective March 11, 2011, after completing 19 years of service with the City of Torrington.
Councilor Carbone requested that a letter be sent to Mrs. Abbott.
BUSINESS
On a motion by Councilor Cogswell, seconded by Councilor Carbone, the Board voted unanimously to consider business from the Board of Trustees. No business was presented.
ADJOURNMENT
On a motion by Councilor Carbone, seconded by Councilor Samele, the Board voted unanimously to adjourn at 6:25 p.m.
